- Re-structuring the Commission to promote a team mentality of shared leadership among Commissioners and reducing Chair's salary to be proportional
- Welcoming citizens' input
- Building a cooperative relationship between the Board of Education and Commission to continue the improvement of our schools to plan for growth together to benefit everyone by maximizing County resources to leverage buying power of County and BoE for purchasing supplies and equipment to strengthen understanding of perspectives, needs, and problems of both
- Governing with the CITIZENS and their preferences in mind

Encouraging new businesses to balance residential development

- Building infrastructure to meet positive, gradual growth
- Protecting citizen interests in adequate, clean water
- Working with surrounding counties to enhance economic, regional, tourism, and other resources for the benefit of all
